Kyle Insurance Group will help you find a great rate - that part is true. However their customer service is lacking. Ive been using their services for 6 years now. Not once have I *not* had to send a follow up email days after an original was sent asking a question about a policy issue or charge. I get it. We all get busy and miss an email from time to time. But this has happened every single time Ive contacted them. We recently bought our house and had to change insurance companies. They processed it under the wrong company and I got hit with charges twice. They fixed it, but it shouldnt have happened in the first place. Im not going to call out my agent on a public forum, but I hope they read this and start trying a little harder. Respond to emails in a timely fashion and dont make your customers ask repeatedly for help.
