I've been paying this company their monthly premium, which I thought, was the cheapest, on time without fail. When I got hit by a drunk driver, the Greeley agents were apathetic to say the least, when I finally got a hold of them, that day. I am cancelling my policy today. I only wish they would refund me all of the money I paid these fraudsters!By the way, Auto Owners is so dishonest, they told me my vehicle had no value and therefore could not get full coverage. I found out, from another insurance company, that this is a lie and I will get it with them! Don't do business with this company!
I have worked with Auto-Owners for years as a broker and customer. Their coverages and claims far exceeds most carriers, which is ultimately the most important part of insurance.

They agreed to cover a loss assessment as part of my homeowners insurance, then when it came time to pay, they wasted time "reviewing my claim," before inventing an excuse to deny it by interpreting deliberately ambiguous policy language to their advantage. I've literally never published a negative review before today. I consider myself a pretty reasonable person. These people are untenable. Do not, under any circumstances, give your money to these fraudsters. I wish I never had.
Had my wheels and tires stolen off of my car (factory wheels.) Auto Owners Inc had an adjuster out within 72 hours (and the theft was found/reported on a Saturday) and a check mailed 24 hours after adjuster was by. Very pleased by speed of service & efficiency.
