This place always brightens my jewelry and day! I go there often to get my ring cleaned and today I went there and got some new backs for my diamond earrings and they clean them too! We have had our watches repaired there as well. This store has been there forever! One time I brought them my ring that my mom gave me on my 16th birthday. My grandmother had given to her on her 16th birthday. It was dainty I damaged it pretty bad. The sapphire had popped out and the whole ring was bent. They brought it back to life like nothing had happened! For a great price too! I am saving to give to my daughter when she turns 16.
They were great. I recommend them. They fixed my bulova watch and the hinges from my eye glasses.
BEWARE !!! I didn't trust them with the repair of my bracelet because my receipt was given to me as CZ and when I confronted them they said they always use that as a default on the computer???? Wow I guess when you pick up your fixed jewelry it would probably be a CZ instead of real diamonds! Very disappointed because the people who use to own it were very professional and would never do that so sad for the change!
Thrilled with the service I received at Fast-Fix. I was hesitant to pay what I assumed would be "mall prices" but was pleasantly surprised. The team at Fast-Fix went over and above what most shops would do, and even worked with Citizen to get my watch repaired for free, despite it being out of warranty! Great experience all around and a helpful staff. I'll be a customer for life.
