BUYER BEWARE !....bait and switch tactics ...wife and i are- were...repeat customers...we went in on sunday..jan 27 2019....looked at a Bulova watch that was $550....price confirmed on Bulova official web page....we then went back on sat..feb 2 2019..to pick up her necklace and purchase the watch for.myself...ONLY to find the watch now marked up tob$670.00..but...they were having a "25%"...off sale..which brought it dwn to about 530...what bs...never again...then staff got rude when questioned about it...they suckUh
This to correct side comment review by Cynthia Armandraz I was in the store for inspection hoping Heather was there to do it! So in her defense, Heather helped many times and find extremely friendly very open just to talk to instead push a sell, she genuine person! She got to know if we walk by h remmembered our names! The couple she was helping The younger women wore very revealing colthes and acted abominably I watch Heather continue to show them over almost 20 pieces trying make the sale it seemed. The area that they looking at were affordable area,.I overheard of what didn't sound like the power of the the value of the almighty dollar! The young man with her appear he was trying to stay much lower! This young girl put on a show for something the man seem like he could not afford all she did is kept flicking tossing hair so much gave me whiplash to watch, the employee showed she was egear to appease the couple to decide on just something or revive them back when they could! unfortunately she had to deal with with this younger couple, Heather showed great customer service " restraint" it such a shamed kids today don't know affordability is, I wish I had got her to do my inspection. Heather sweatheart, and very informational ask for her!
My fiance and i recently went to look for wedding bands and stopped by at this location. A very rude woman by the name of Heather assisted us, and was very pushy on the kind of wedding bands we should have. She insisted on additional items and told me that if he really loved me then he would pay for those additional items--which i was not interested in at all. She then asked to see my engagement ring and said that Kay's quality is a lot better. She was sarcastic and had sarcastically smiled at the end of each of her sentences. I was very annoyed and could not wait to get out of there. I left angry and annoyed, and almost did not continue my search for wedding bands. My fiance and i went to Shane co. and purchased our bands there-- i would not recommend this location or this jewelry store to any one.
Waited the for about 15 min before we were even greeted. No "We'll be right with you" or any acknowledgement at all.
I have gone here twice or three times to fix a ring that was gifted to me by my boyfriend. The first time I was attended very rudely. After that I never went back until I had to fix my ring again, a very rude woman helped me out and kept making comments about my boyfriend being "cheap" she even told me the price of the ring which I did not ask for. She then continued to say how "he was smart enough" to do something. I highly do not recommend coming here, the employees are rude and they look at you as if you cannot afford something from their store.
