I have been using the OTHER watch repair place at the mall for a long time. I took a watch there today that they replaced the battery in 6 months ago at the most. They wanted another $25 to replace it again. B.S. I told them they just lost the business of my 50 + watch collection. While walking past RUBY, I noticed they had a sign for watch battery replacement. Stopped by and they want $15 for the replacement. I gave him 3 watches on the spot. Turns it easy one of my watches just had a loose battery. He adjusted it and didn't charge me for that one. Super honest. , Quick work and really friendly. Give these guys a shot. Seems like a smaller family business. They now have me as a loyal customer

Nice gold collection and professional people. They did perfect job in repairing my wifes very old necklace. We bought some gold items from them at very good price

By far the best Jewelry store Ive been to. Theyre always patient with you and also have some of the best customer service out. I personally deal with Mr.Sina and he always treats me like family. Thank you guys for always having me right as well as for my new 14k eagle pendant Highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

I purchased a cross pendant not long ago from them and it broke. Went back because they guarantee their gold. Come to find out they dont guarantee anything and wanted to charge me more for products they dont stand by. Prophetic! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!
