I purchased 4 charms online over Christmas that ended up not fitting on my bracelet. Pandora online customer service told me to return them to any Pandora store, but apparently this store does not work with online purchases. They stink and should not be allowed to call themselves a "Pandora Store" if they do not provide customer service to Pandora customers. I will not do business with this store in the future as there are plenty of other options.

I love this store! Sue, Keturah, Molly, Patty, and all the staff are always extremely helpful and professional. Collectively, they have a great eye for setting up beautiful, tempting displays that show off new merchandise and provide great ideas whether you are looking for a gift for your special someone or buying a wonderful treat for yourself. They patiently showed me charms, bracelets, rings, and earrings while I chipped away at my shopping list. I have never required warranty service and have always been pleased with the quality of all Pandora merchandise. I have been a customer at this Pandora for over seven years and wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else. If you are looking for a great gift at a reasonable price, Pandora at Flatiron Crossing is THE place. Oh, and shopping is much easier once someone has a bracelet - add a charm to commemorate special days, events, and milestones.
Awesome service. Very bright and big store. I love how everyone is so willing to help. Everyone comes in to see what your bracelet looks like and what you're adding. Super helpful and patience. Spent an hour there and no one said anything bad to me. Love these jewelry
